McDonough First United Methodist Church
Youth Mission Week
This year our Youth stayed in town for their mission week. They decided to take their talents into their own community. They had a lot of work lined up to do, and did it all. As a base camp, the Youth stayed in the Youth Tent at Shingleroof Campground, and sent work teams into the community cleaning, fixing, painting, building, and witnessing the love of Jesus Christ.

And, yes they managed to have a lot of fun.

Some of their work projects, besides the obvious ones pictured here, included building picnic tables for Noah's Ark in Locust Grove. They also painted the Community Outreach Building where the Keystone program takes place.

It was a very successful Youth Mission Week. Congratulations Youth, and thank you for all that you did to make our community a nicer place.
