UMM Wild Game Dinner
You could tell that a lot of work went into this event. Everything looked great and the food was absolutely wonderful. Chef Paul from PJ's Cafe did an excellent job of preparing our wild meats. Everyone commented on how good everything tasted, and they were surprised that the meats did not have a gamy taste. We saw several people come back for seconds. The menu included bear, elk, deer, boar, ram, sheep, pheasant, quail, and chukar. After dinner, the Honey Creek Boys entertained with their bluegrass music. Mr. Randy Scott, former NFL star with the Green Bay Packers, gave his testimony as he shared his stories of the outdoors and playing under the great "Bear Bryant." The evening concluded with door prizes being given away.
